DOMAINS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Vision & Strategy

  1. Identify, develop, and establish strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives that allow for the structuring and development of the short- and medium-term business plan.
  2. Develop and implement strategies that facilitate the consolidation of long-term relationships with customers for the sake of business profitability and sustainability.
  3. Jointly design strategies and action plans with peers to analyze and intervene in the determining variables of customer loyalty based on strategic objectives.

Sales & Marketing Leadership

  1. Observe, analyze, and understand diverse contexts, evaluating internal and external variables, making decisions, and presenting projects to the BOD. Anticipating market and customer opportunities and needs.
  2. Verify and ensure that the decision to advance the development of high-impact business opportunities for the company meets the return, investment, and risk control criteria defined by the organization and its shareholders.
  3. Verify that the presentation of commercial offers complies with the guidelines established by the company in terms of risk analysis and mitigation, competitive strategy, and technical and legal requirements.
  4. Constantly evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the technological tools (CRM, among others) used by the company's marketing and sales departments, monitoring their updates and/or changes when necessary.
  5. Develop, establish, manage, and supervise the necessary resources for the Marketing and Sales Management processes.
  6. Determine, based on analysis of available internal and market information, the allocation of resources for the development of territories, customers, and potential opportunities.
  7. Identify, evaluate, support, and/or approve (when necessary) strategic alliances for the cost-efficient and profitable development of business opportunities.
  8. Consolidate and present the corresponding budgets for the marketing and sales areas, as well as monitor their execution and control deviations.
  9. Manage the process of launching and socializing new services, technologies, or services internally and externally within the company.
  10. Work closely with the all areas to ensure operational excellence during the development of the various stages of the marketing and sales processes.

Sales & Marketing Performance

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets by constantly driving the commercial & marketing team performance sales
  2. Structure KPIs and performance monitoring and control mechanisms for the marketing and sales teams.
  3. Constantly evaluate the results of the marketing and sales teams and implement the necessary actions to achieve the desired success based on sales objectives and brand positioning.
  4. Present sales reports to the company's CEO based on compliance with business plans, growth, and expected returns.
  5. Present detailed and accurate reports on marketing and sales results, plans, and projections, enabling informed decision-making at the highest organizational level.


Customer & Solution Offering

  1. Develop and implement strategies that allow for understanding, improving, and consolidating the customer experience process, including visits with salespeople to ensure they feel supported and strengthen customer relationships.
  2. Support the process of identifying, understanding, and proposing customized and cost-effective solutions aligned with the corporate strategy. Assist salespeople in client visits to monitor their performance and address client needs.


Team

  1. Analyze and evaluate the strength of the sales & marketing team from a structure, individual and team performance perspective. Identify and realize necessary improvements.
  2. Form, develop, and consolidate work teams aligned with the company's marketing and sales strategy.
  3. Set, clarify and communicate team & individual expectations
  4. Develop, establish, and oversee the execution of training and development processes for the Marketing and Sales Management teams.
  5. Participate and deliver presentations in energy forums or client seminars with the participation of sales directors, account managers, and business developers.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. 10+ years industry and sales management & leadership experience in an international (LATAM) business environment
  2. Proven track record in managing and strengthening sales & marketing teams and their commercial performance
  3. Proven networking skills and the ability to connect with top level executives of major companies
  4. Proven track record of building successful and long-lasting alliances
  5. Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  6. Ability and willingness to travel internationally
